1.) To get all the Scheduled Castes/ Scheduled Tribes Legislators/Parliamentarians,
Ex-Legislators/Ex-Parliamentarians at one platform to create an atmosphere for best suitable brotherhood atmosphere through modern means and methods.
2.) To know about the problems of Scheduled Castes/ Scheduled Tribes in different States/Union Territories and to redress them.
3.) To spread the awareness between the Scheduled Castes/ Scheduled Tribes communities about their political, social and religious rights.
4.) To strengthen the functioning and powers of Commissions, Boards, Corporations and other related Government organizations and non- Government organizations and matters related to the Scheduled Castes/Scheduled Tribes at national level as well as State Level.
5.) To hold seminars, conferences, meetings, symposium and events pertaining to the role of Scheduled Castes/ Scheduled Tribes
6.) To honour the Legislators/Parliamentarians yearly who have raised/will raise voice for the interests of the Scheduled Castes/ Scheduled Tribes people in Lok Sabha/Rajya Sabha Legislative Assembly/Councils.
7.) To make efforts to get the welfare schemes for Scheduled Castes/ Scheduled Tribes community implemented.
8.) To pressurize the Central Government to get the due status conferred upon Baba Sahib Dr. Bhim Rao Ambedkar parallel to Mahatama Gandhi.
9.) To work for social, economic and educational development of Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes and improvement in their working and living conditions.
10.) To ensure the flow of targeted financial and physical benefits from the general sector of development to the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes.
11.) To work for flow of funds and associated benefits from the annual plan of states and Union Territories
(UTs) in at least a proportion to the national SC population

To set-up and run Training Centres in remote rural areas of the State, to uplift the educational and economic standards of the deprived sections of Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes community, and to eliminate their prevailing bad social customs, illiteracy, dowry system, child marriage, fanaticism etc.;
20.) To establish and run various Welfare Centres to promote de-addiction, welfare of senior citizens, physically and mentally handicapped persons and overall human development;
21.) To establish, manage and run high level Training Colleges to bring out personalities in the fields of science, education, literature and sports;
22.) To implement and research on projects relating to Panchayat & Social Welfare and Rural Development;
23.) To work for resource-less and poor people of the community by active involvement in rural development through public participation and to co-ordinate with social activities;
24.) To create awareness and implement various projects on Public Health and Family Welfare and to organize Awareness Movement for population control;
25.) To organize and conduct programmes on health, education and sanitation; create public awareness to control population and to prevent epidemics and to arrange for basic facilities;
26.) To create public awareness about AIDS and other diseases and to work for preventive measures. Also to promote blood donations and organize camps for the same;
27.) To solicit and receive financial support from National and International organizations for welfare activities for Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes and to organize workshops/ programmes in backward rural areas as well as for women;

31.) To carry out various child development projects to provide opportunities for the proper development of children. Also to implement various schemes relating to family welfare, nutritious food, primary education, health, entertainment etc., for the intellectual, psychological and physical development of the children of Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes community;
32.) To establish Libraries, Music Academy, Art Center and Gymnasium for promoting social and educational up-gradation of Scheduled Castes andScheduled Tribes community;
33.) To bring about social awareness amongst the people belonging to Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes community and to take steps, with the cooperation of Administration as well as public, against corruption, injustice, atrocities and wrongful acts;

To impart training to socially and economically backward Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes community, tribes, women and landless/small farmers, for the proper exploitation of natural resources and develop non-agriculture sources of income. Also to organize them into Small Saving Groups and to educate them for working together;

To make every possible efforts to control/manage the situation arising out of natural calamities like flood, earthquake, draught, epidemic etc. and to provide necessary relief to the victims of Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes community by securing financial and material support/assistance from other institutions, agencies and persons;
36.) To manage and implement all Governmental and non-governmental schemes meant for human welfare and to secure financial and other assistance from National and International agencies/organizations;
37.) To carry out various schemes for the development of handicraft and to arrange for necessary training and availability of techniques for artisans of Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes community to make them self-reliant;

To establish such Animal husbandry and agriculture based Cooperative Production Training Centres which are economically self-reliant and help the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes community of society for reducing the dependence on outside help (Governmental as well as non-governmental) for developmental works;
39.) To work for the social and economic development of Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes dominated rural areas in cooperation, apart from Government, with financial institutions like commercial banks, insurance companies and business houses of corporate sector;
